Code of conduct

Cut The Mustard Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “CTM” or “Agency”) fully respects legal regulations in all markets where it operates. CTM is committed to acting ethically, transparently, and in accordance with the principle of fair play in all its activities.

Every employee, collaborator, and supplier of CTM should familiarize themselves with this Code of Conduct and adhere to it in all business dealings. 

1. Cut The Mustard’s activities are conducted transparently, and the Agency operates in compliance with local laws. CTM is committed to full cooperation with local authorities if needed.

2. The Agency’s employees and collaborators are selected solely based on their competence and merit. CTM is committed to selecting employees and collaborators in a non-discriminatory manner, regardless of race, religion, origin, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.

3. We believe the workplace should be safe and chosen consciously. The Agency will not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind, including verbal and physical abuse, and the public sharing of offensive materials.

4. All information received by the Agency is treated as confidential. Access to confidential information must not be used by employees and collaborators for personal gain.

5. The Agency is committed to protecting the personal data of consumers, clients, and employees in accordance with local laws and industry standards.

6. The Agency does not consciously create content that may contain terms or images that are generally considered offensive. When creating content, the Agency takes into account its impact on minorities, whether based on race, religion, nationality, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.

7. Before undertaking work or servicing a client, the Agency will consider whether it might harm the Agency's reputation. This includes damage to reputation from collaborating with clients involved in activities contributing to human rights violations.

8. The Agency is committed to not offering or accepting material benefits (bribes) to or from any third parties, including government officials, clients, intermediaries, and their representatives. The Agency ensures that all its employees understand these principles through appropriate communication. 

9. Agency owners and employees will not have personal or family conflicts of interest with any third parties with whom the Agency conducts business.

10. The Agency will strive to have a positive impact on society and the environment by: ensuring high ethical standards, respecting human rights, protecting the environment, supporting local organizations, and fostering employee development.
